HOMEMADE TAPENADE (OLIVE SPREAD)
For 6 people :
200 g seeded black olives
5 filets anchovies (in oil)
8 small capers
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation : 5 mn - cooking : 0 mn - Total time : 5 mn
1) finely chop the garlic
2) In a food processor, mix the anchovies, capers, the chopped garlic, the black olives and the olive oil. To finish... as a variant, you can add some basilic.
This recipe also works well with green olives.
